I was skeptical after placing my order and reading such negative reviews on such sites. In fact, I expected to dispute my purchase with my credit card and felt nave for not checking reviews first. Anyway, I spent about $60 on a fair amount of Hanes harnesses and bridles. They definitely had the best prices and stocks for what I needed. They sent me my order confirmation and all USPS shipping tracking numbers. The interesting thing about the company is that a dozen of my items were shipped from four different places in the US. In all different states. This made me even more nervous, but they all arrived without any problems. All my items arrived as expected, within a week of ordering, in new condition, no damage! I’m not much of a review writer, but felt I needed to share my positive experience.
